The 6 months program permits an adequate amount of time and space to change
your habits and create new healthy ones .

Two regularly scheduled 60-minute coaching sessions a month in person, by phone or via Skype.
These sessions are completely customized to each individual.
E-mail and texts support between sessions is available and highly recommended .
